Cornbread Recipe (with THC Honey)
Here’s what you’ll need before you get started:
Ingredients & supplies
- Baking powder
- Vanilla extract (3 teaspoons)
- Cornmeal (1cup)
- Eggs (1 egg)
- Milk (1 cup)
- All-purpose flour (1 cup)
- Vegetable oil (⅓ cup)
- Brown Sugar (⅔ cup)
- Cannabella THC honey (1 tsp – 10 mg)
- Greased muffin pan
Before you start on the cornbread mixture, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, add the cornmeal and flour with one cracked egg. Pour the ⅓ cup vegetable oil with the cup of milk. Add the vanilla extract with the baking powder. Mix ingredients with a whisk (if you’re fortunate to have one handy!)
After mixed properly so all of the wet and dry ingredients are stirred, pour the mix into the muffin pan, evenly distributing the mix in the individual muffin compartments.
Once the oven reaches 400 degrees, place the pan with the mix into the oven. Be careful! Wear gloves and use both hands. Let cornbread bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once golden brown, pour 1 teaspoon of Cannabella THC honey on each individual cornbread. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
