CBD Queso Recipe – MMJ America Presents Cookin’ With Gab

With all the ways to consume marijuana, medical and everyday users can pick and choose whichever method works best for them. Both major components to the plant, CBD and THC, play their roles in cooking with marijuana, elevating any meal or dining experience.

It doesn’t need to be a Tuesday to enjoy tacos or Queso, but this is a great dish if you have work the next morning. This recipe will take about 25 minutes.

CBD Queso Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need before you get started:

  • EPC CBD Tincture
  • 2 different kinds of cheeses (cheddar and mozzarella are recommended)
  • Garlic cloves
  • Cilantro
  • Roma tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tostitos scoops
  • All purpose flour
  • Unsalted butter
  • Whole milk
  • Small ass bowl

Ingredients & Preparation

    • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 2 tablespoons grated onion
    • 3 garlic cloves finely grated using a microplane
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • ½ teaspoon of cumin
    • 1 1/2 to 2 cups whole milk
    • 4 cups grated Cheddar cheese (nothing fancy!)
    • 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
    • 2 Roma tomatoes

Cookin’ Time

Start with the 3 tablespoons of butter over a medium warm pot and melt the butter. Add the salt, onions, garlic, cumin, and whisk it together. Once whisked, add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. epc cbd tincture

When the initial mixture is lightly browned, usually after 30 seconds, raise the heat and whisk in 2 cups of whole milk. Continue to stir until thick, thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. This could take up to 5 minutes.

Lower the heat and add the cheeses, gradually ¼ cup at a time. Stir and fold in tomatoes. Taste to adjust salt or other seasonings. Serve with cilantro garnish.
